What time is check-in / out? How much is the extension?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. However, the time may change depending on the accommodation plan you booked, so please check when making a reservation. Check-in by 15:00 will be processed and luggage will be stored. Check-out extension is 1,000 yen per hour after 11:00. The maximum time is 2:00 pm, and after 2:00 pm, a one-night fee will be charged.

How much is the cancellation fee?

Cancellation on the day and non-night stay without contact will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee, and 80% if the day before.

Is there a hotel curfew?

The hotel is open 24 hours a day, so there is no curfew. The entrance is locked from 23:00 midnight to 6:00 am. Hold the card key of the room over the designated place to open it.

What if I left something in my room?

Please contact the front desk. Front: 06-6213-9040 (representative) will check. However, food and beverages are disposed of for hygiene reasons. In addition, please note that we may dispose of lost items that the customer deems to have been thrown away.

Handling of lost items

Lost and found items will be kept for a certain period of time and then processed in accordance with the Lost and Found Law.

I would like to leave my luggage before staying.

Room equipment and amenities

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, hairbrush, shaving kit, nightwear (sleeping clothes), towels, slippers, hair dryer, electric kettle for water heater, deodorant spray, drinks brewed tea, mineral water 500 ml are prepared in all rooms.

Is it possible to stay only for minors?

Is there anything you can do to stay on the anniversary?

If you apply in advance, the hotel staff will decorate your room.

Is it possible to have a party in the room?

The 1st floor lobby is open as a free space even at midnight. All-you-can-drink soft drinks are also available. Please enjoy using it.

Is there an iron?

Irons and ironing boards are available for rent at the front desk.

Is there a coin laundry ?

We have 2 washing machines and 2 dryers on the 5.7th floor of the hotel.
Washing machine 200 yen (tax included) / 30 minutes, dryer 100 (tax included) / 45 minutes, liquid detergent is free. Please bring a 100-yen coin when using.

Are there any rooms with a good view?

We do not have a room where you can enjoy the view, but we will guide you to a room that meets your expectations as much as possible.

Are there rooms with washlets?

All rooms are equipped with a heated toilet seat type washlet made by TOTO.

Can I use a computer in my room?

All guest rooms are equipped with high-speed internet (maximum 100 Mbps).
You can connect to the high-speed Internet from your computer for free by setting the connection.
WIFI is also available. Please use a laptop computer that can be rented for free, or bring it with you.

We do not have a computer in the room.
There are times when it is difficult to connect to the line.

This is for customers who have a LAN terminal and a PC that can be connected to a LAN.
We cannot provide support for various settings on your personal computer.
We are not responsible for any troubles such as virus infection or loss of information.

Is there a laundry service?

Please put the laundry in the laundry bag that is always available in the guest room and bring it directly to the front desk.
If you bring it by 10:00, it will be finished at 18:00.
However, we are closed on Sundays, public holidays, New Year, Golden Week, and Obon.

Is there a massage in the room?

From 20:00 to 2:00 the next day, the price is ¥ 3,800 (tax included) for 40 minutes.
