Cancellation policy

For cancellations within 3 days before the check-in date, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.

Other important information

If you would like to check in early (before 15:00) to check the design or prepare a surprise party, please let us know in advance.
However, depending on the occupancy that day, we might not be able to check you in early.
If you are staying for more than 2 nights and wish to have the room decorated after check-in, please make sure to leave the room between 11:00 and 15:00 so we have enough time to prepare.
Please refrain from lighting candles in the room, as they might trigger the smoke alarm.
Please don’t take home any decoration items (this does not include cakes, flowers and sparkling wine)

About “Superior” and “Luxury” types

You can pick one of 4 color themes:
①”Sapphire” (dark blue + light blue + clear)
② “Emerald” (dark green + light green + clear)
③”Rose Quartz” (pink + lavender + clear)
④”Topaz” (yellow + clear)

※The colors of foil balloons (numbers/letters) might differ depending on availability.

*Foil balloons will be matched to your celebratory event (e.g. birthday, anniversary, marriage proposal, etc.)
