◆ About Reservations ◆

[For customers who made reservations on or before April 20, 2026]
– Your reservation remains valid, and you may stay as originally booked.
– However, reservations made before April 20, 2026 will not appear in the new reservation system.

■ Important Notes:

– If you booked through the old system, you will NOT be able to check or cancel your reservation through the new system.

– Due to the system change, customers who booked through the old system (before April 20, 2026) must use the link below to modify or cancel their reservation:


Reservation confirmation / changes (for bookings made before April 20, 2026)

– Alternatively, please visit the TOP page and select:
“Modify/Cancel (Old reservation system with reservation number starting with ‘T’)”
or contact us directly by phone.

◆ For Registered Members ◆

– Customer registration data (for those who had reservations as of April 20, 2026) has been transferred to the new system.
– This applies only to members with existing reservations.
– Customers who registered only as members in the old system (without reservations) are requested to register again in the new system.

– All personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
– Customer data from the old system will be securely deleted by our company.
